Connected AI assistants

You can connect an AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to your Chewhall account. You choose what it may do when you connect it. It can always look up public venue information; with your permission it can also see your name and the venues you follow (never your phone number or email), make or cancel table bookings for you, and prepare pickup orders that you pay for yourself through a payment link. What the assistant's provider does with information it receives is covered by that provider's own privacy policy.

We keep a record of each connection and of the actions an assistant takes for you (which action, whether it succeeded, and when) for up to 365 days, to protect your account and resolve disputes. You can disconnect an assistant at any time under My account → Connected apps; it stops working straight away. Deleting your account disconnects every assistant.

Cookies and storage on this website

Signing in stores your session in this browser (Firebase Authentication). If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used; we do not use them for advertising. Your language choice is remembered on this device.
